Build a career supplying Jamaica
Rock Hard Cement is growing across all 14 parishes. We hire in operations, logistics, sales, warehouse, customer service and technology.
A career at Rock Hard Cement means working on the physical backbone of Jamaican construction — the cement that shows up on hardware store shelves, hospital foundations, roadworks, family homes and every project in between. We’re building a company that combines industrial reliability with a modern digital platform, and we hire people who care about doing both well.
Dispatch coordinator
Plan and dispatch cement deliveries across Jamaica using the Rock Hard dispatch board. Coordinate drivers, hauliers and customers to hit scheduled delivery windows.
Warehouse supervisor
Run day-to-day operations at a Rock Hard warehouse: stock movements, forklift operations, loading, safety and shift management.
Sales representative
Grow Rock Hard’s hardware store, contractor and developer accounts in your assigned parish. Own the customer relationship end-to-end.
Fleet & driver manager
Manage Rock Hard’s fleet and partner hauliers — vehicle compliance, driver training, safety and utilisation.
Customer service representative
Support Rock Hard customers via phone, WhatsApp and email — quotes, orders, deliveries and account queries.
Software engineer
Build the Rock Hard digital platform: customer portal, ordering, dispatch, driver app and integrations. React, TypeScript, TanStack Start and Supabase.
How we hire
Every application is reviewed by our people team within five business days. Shortlisted candidates go through a structured interview covering role fit, technical or operational knowledge and a scenario relevant to the job — dispatching an urgent delivery, resolving a customer issue, or shipping a piece of the platform.
Working at Rock Hard
We combine a Kingston head office with warehouse, driver and sales roles across every parish. Software and support roles run hybrid or remote from within Jamaica. New joiners get a structured onboarding that includes site visits, quality-control walk-throughs and time on the platform they’ll be working with.
