Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before scheduled dispatch. After dispatch a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

Damaged or defective product

Report damaged or non-conforming cement within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Replacement or credit will be issued after inspection.

Wet or contaminated stock

Cement damaged after delivery by customer storage cannot be returned. Store bags off the ground in covered, dry conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as account credit, within 10 business days.
