Rock Hard delivers cement island-wide across all 14 Jamaican parishes, subject to safe access and available inventory.

Delivery windows

Same-day within Kingston Metro for orders confirmed before 10:00 AM; next business day for other parishes; scheduled slots for phased project delivery.

Access and unloading

The customer is responsible for safe truck access, adequate unloading labour or equipment (forklift/crane where required) and covered storage. Failed access may incur a redelivery fee.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Orders may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before dispatch at no cost. Late cancellations may incur a restocking fee.

Delivery exceptions

Weather, road conditions or force-majeure events may delay deliveries. Customers are notified proactively.
