Approved business customers may operate a Rock Hard credit account subject to the following terms.

Eligibility

Registered businesses with satisfactory trade and bank references. Application review takes 5–7 business days.

Payment terms

Default terms are Net 30 from invoice date. Custom terms may be offered on approval.

Credit limit

Assigned at account opening and reviewed periodically based on order volume and payment history.

Overdue accounts

Accounts more than 15 days overdue may be placed on hold. Interest may accrue at 2% per month on overdue balances.

Statements

Monthly statements are issued to the billing contact on record.
